WestWind Virtual Airlines

It is the same as FSUIPC for MSFS, except it is for X-Plane. It allows third-party add-ons to download data directly from the simulator and in some cases it allows data to be sent to the sim.

XPUIPC is known to cause issues with the latest XP12.4.2. It is recommended to remove XPUIPC from the Plugins folder. It has been ages since XPUIPC was last updated, and I do not expect any updates in the near future.
NOTE: This also makes the WestWind ACARS unusable with X-Plane 12.4.2

12.3 will be mostly weather updates.
