Re: Need Help With P3D v5!

Glad to hear that the problem was a Graphics Card Driver. That's a lot easier to deal with then something in the sim side.

Re: Need Help With P3D v5!

Brian, The obvious thing here are "the updates", given it was working up to that point. The graphics "NAVIDIA" updates are usually stable when they are released, but it depends on whom you have gotten the simlink update from. I would start looking at the simlink update and seeing...

Re: PMDG 737-800 WWA skins Failing to Load

It's the 800WL Sean. I, all of a sudden, have all kinds of issues with the PMDG stuff in _SE. I was just wondering if this is me or if it's
happening to others.

PMDG 737-800 WWA skins Failing to Load

just a question about the 737 skins for WestWind no longer loading in FSX_SE. Had a problem today trying to set up a flight and could not load Aircraft. This is effecting only the WWA version of the aircraft in my sim. I'm working the issue to see if I can figure out what is broke now. Has any other...

Re: A real head scratcher

A few thought of things that have bit me on a few occasions! Could it have been failing to link with the FMC because of the LNAV/VNAV and HDG/ALT mode switch? I'm not familiar with the SSG or X-Plane, but in FSX the default aircraft modes for the GPS stuff need to be switched, "manually" i...

Re: Using FSX aircraft with P3Dv4.5

Be advised, I moved this topic to the simulator platform as the topic is better suited in this forum set. Moved 0730Z / 02/04/2021. I know that there are some problems with the porting of FSX to P3D dealing with panels for the most part. In FSX, the aircraft I have installed are pointing back to the...

Re: FSX Navigraph SIMLINK Issues November 2020

It appears that the update DID fix the problem. As I stated before, the error that occurred was a problem that I had not seen before. The update was installed and tested last night. I flew the repeat flight again and made it to Tahiti with no major problems. I did use Navigraph Charts with the new s...

FSX Navigraph SIMLINK Issues November 2020

Just an FYI... The past SIMLINK update for Navigraph Charts has a known problem which caused it to crash unexpectedly. The problem was identified on the support web site and forum for Navigraph and on AVISIM, with some ideas to deal with the problem. This issue if not corrected could crash your sim ...

Re: We need to think about MSFS2020

Just a few words on all sim packages. All of them have their quirks. Each has a tendency to be complicated and does require a little computer knowledge to use. The idea of a sim package that is totally plug and play is a little bit of a myth. Each user's needs and systems differ, and therefore there...
