I use Pilot2ATC for my off-line ATC services and they will recognize Traffic Global AI traffic and call it out to you if that is enabled in Pilot2ATC.

The smaller GA aircraft seem pretty good but I find the King Air 350i and Airliners incomplete compared to the C152 and 172.
