I'm still using Beta 8. I have been monitoring the forum to see reports for each Beta before I update. I didn't go to 10 because it didn't like the reports. 8 has not been too bad. I'll check out 11 this weekend.

I just downloaded the Sparky 747 for XP-11. I will give it a try this weekend and let you know what I think of it. I also downloaded the XP12 version and see how that goes, although the XP12 beta is pretty buggy particularly with third party aircraft.

I am strictly X-Plane, so I'm not familiar with the Salty 747. Another thing is that you're totally out of luck if you have an integrated graphics card. I tried installing it on my old computer which had an integrated card, and they won't allow me to install X-Plane 12, stating that I need a Vulcan capable card. Yea, I tried to download the demo to my work lap...

I will have to wait until it is available on DVD. My internet speed is one baby step above using a modem.

I will get X-Plane 12 right away if it isn't too costly. With inflation running rampant, I'm struggling to keep gas in the car in order to work. I will try out the default aircraft but don't expect they will be of the same quality as my payware.
