The MSFS Franchise will be celebrating its 40th Anniversary in November with the release of the 40th Anniversary edition.

Thanks for sharing Sean. I was going to do WWA flight tonight but I think I may just fly Pelican Dropship LOL.

The big news is that Asobo is smart enough to entrust great devs like MilViz, IniSimulations, and Aeroplane Heaven to build aircraft for this anticipated release. The biggest one is the Airbus A310 by iniBuilds. This is one of the gold standard X-Plane 11 aircraft, and so happy we're getting this one for free. And native helicopter support is finally added - how cool is that?! The A310 is one of my favorite widebody aircraft (up there with the 777).

It's going to be a very busy November from the looks of it.

EDIT: Wasn't able to go to edge of space, but the Pelican is pretty cool.
