With X-Plane 12 Early Access now released, I am going to make a list of what X-Plane 11 aircraft work with X-Plane 12. These changes will be reflected in our hangar. This list does not include the just-uploaded Airbus A330-300, -300P2F, Piper PA-18 Super Cub, and the Citation X, or any plane exclusive only to X-Plane 12.
If you would like to report an aircraft that works with X-Plane 12, just reply to this thread. For us to add the X-Plane 12 tag to our hangar, the aircraft must load error-free (must not have a dataref or a FMOD error after loading), the systems work exactly the same as the X-Plane 11 version (for example, EGT must not rise to unexpected levels, or other unexplained behavior), or if there's a compatibility patch out.
EDIT 9/21/2022: Added Manky1 Dash 8s and SoulMadeSim DHC-2 Beaver to the list.

Please keep in mind that X-Plane 12 is in Early Access or Public Beta state and that you need to report any issues on X-Plane dot org forums using the bug report.
with that said X-Plane 12 is currently unusable on my system. with pink textures leading to full pink screen

Great point. The list here is just to make it easier for people to identify what is compatible and what is not.
Another thing is that you're totally out of luck if you have an integrated graphics card. I tried installing it on my old computer which had an integrated card, and they won't allow me to install X-Plane 12, stating that I need a Vulcan capable card. This is also why I had FSX until the very end. X-Plane, P3D, and MSFS perform horribly on an integrated card.
Sean, there is a discussion over on the .ORG forums (https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/f ... -plane-12/) discussing this very thing. It seems like many people who have a GTX 970 are experiencing the same issues.

Yea, I tried to download the demo to my work laptop, thinking I could then transfer all the files to my flight sim computer at home; but it would not load because of the integrated graphics card. I guess I will just have to wait for the DVDs since I have very slow internet access at home.

I downloaded the Demo for xplane 12 and had to install new drivers for my Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super to be compatible with the Vulcan Feature with xplane 12.

Yeah, that is the first thing I had to do on my desktop to run XP12. I did end up downloading all of XP12. I don't have fast internet so it took me about a week, downloading bits of scenery a little at a time during the late night when speeds are higher.Eddie Harper wrote: ↑Sat Apr 01, 2023 12:12 am I downloaded the Demo for xplane 12 and had to install new drivers for my Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super to be compatible with the Vulcan Feature with xplane 12.
