XPUIPC is known to cause issues with the latest XP12.4.2. It is recommended to remove XPUIPC from the Plugins folder. It has been ages since XPUIPC was last updated, and I do not expect any updates in the near future.
NOTE: This also makes the WestWind ACARS unusable with X-Plane 12.4.2
